Full management fees 8% includes

  • CHECK OUT AT THE END OF THE TENANCY

Let only – 60% of first month’s rent

To use this option the landlord should be confident in knowing what rules and regulations are needed to carry on the tenancy with maintenance, inspections and certificates for gas and electric.
